Everything was great except for the bathroom. Why would you update everything except the bathroom that clearly needs an update? The cleaners aren't doing a thorough job in the bathroom as the floors were dirty and there was what looked like mold in the tub grout.

Stayed here for two nights. Rooms were clean, but not stocked with things like toilet paper or tissues. Breakfast was included, but I wouldn’t expect much. Location is close to mall and airport! Would stay here again, just not as a first choice.

The shuttle system could be better, they only are aloud to drive in a 2mile radius, which could be better than of all the things you really want to see our past 2 miles from the hotel, just a suggestion but other than that, it was awesome.

Our first & strongest preference is always Marriott! Marriott properties have never disappointed us. We loved the stay here. Both suites we booked were clean & well maintained. Breakfast buffet was having good options for adults and kids.

Rachel - GM - Top Drawer !!! The Best !!! Of 14 Marriott hotels in New England in 16 months - none compared - :-) - staff was most pleasant - housekeeper Dorina exceptional !!! Front desk Ernesto, Mary, Jessica and the rest VERY accommodating !!! I was made to feel at home in every way. THANK YOU !!!

If you want to be around NOTHING, and see the Manchester Airport, this is the place for you. No room service, nowhere to eat around there, just a hard no next trip. Stayed for 6 days, and wish I hadn't. I found nothing to be walkable of any significance.

The staff was clearly working hard to keep up with full occupancy levels. Despite the fact I heard they had several deliveries delayed, the staff was pleasant and quick to help. It was a good stay.
